Refund Policy
1. If your item is defective/damaged or incorrect/missing during transit, please contact us within the relevant return window if you do not mind. Your item may be eligible for a discount or replacement depending on the item's category and condition.
2. Please note that some items are not eligible for return if the item is "never needed again".
3. Please note that you must be able to provide proper documentation and evidence regarding your return/refund claim.
Refund of advance payment
1. Customers can only claim a refund after 10 days of order placement and in case of order non-delivery.
2. Refund claims will be processed within 12 hours from the time of claim
3. Customer's refund amount will be the same for the order.
4. Refunds will be sent through the same channel that the customer used to pay for the order. Payment requests through different channels will not be accepted.
Cashback offer
1. Cashback will be effective at the time of payment
2. MFS or card payment-based cashback will be credited to MFS/card account as per MFS policy.
Refund in case of full payment failure
1. Suppose the customer fails to pay the balance after 12 hours of confirming the order. In that case, the order will automatically be canceled and a partial refund will be initiated.
2. In case of partial payment refund of partial payment, steps will be applicable
